This year you have the opportunity to spotlight your product on our home page. Each photo in the “Featured Products” section will include a link to the crafter’s website or their email address. These ads will remain on the website for several weeks before and after the event.
We have 20 ads available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to participate, check the box on the application and include an additional $25 on your vendor check. You will receive an email request for your photos once you have been approved for the show.( if you are not approved you will receive a full refund). Upon request, you must be able to email a photo of no less than 400 x 600 pixels in one of the following formats: .jpg or .png. You will also need to submit your website URL and/or email address.
Early registration is $130.
After April 1, registration is $160.
Set-up begins at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Staff will be on-site to direct you to your spot.
No, you cannot park on the street before the event. Cars left on the street are towed.
Staff members with golf carts will be on hand to shuttle vendors to and from the parking area. This is subject to availability of personnel. There is not a guarantee that staff will be available at all times.
Yes, you will need to submit photos of your products regardless of whether or not you were a past Riverfest vendor.
Anoka Riverfest is a popular event for vendors. To preserve the integrity of the event, only vendors who successfully meet all the qualifications are considered. The number of available vendor booths is limited. So, no, not everyone who applies will get in.

Before you apply to display your products at Anoka Riverfest, there some things to know:
All products sold at Anoka Riverfest MUST be 100% hand-crafted by the booth vendor.
Buy/Sell items are not allowed.
This is a juried event.

All vendor spaces have been filled for 2022. Please consider applying for the 2023 event.
Please open and download the crafter application packet. By fully completing and submitting the application, you also agree to read and abide by the event rules and regulations.
All applications must be received by June 30th, or until all booths spaces have been filled. Early-bird rates apply to applications postmarked before April 1, 2022.
If you are a past vendor and would like to request the same spot you had last year, your application must be received by March 1st. However, we can not guarantee that you will receive the same spot.
